A Balinese woman rendered in Laurel Burch's flowing line and layered color. Bali mattered to her, she traveled there and worked with woodcarvers on the island from the early 1980s onward.
Laurel Burch was self-taught, and she started at nineteen hammering jewelry from scrap metal in San Francisco to support her children. She was born with a rare bone disease that broke her bones more than a hundred times and often kept her painting from a bed or a wheelchair. None of it made it into the work, which stayed joyful to the end.
One of her more contemplative designs.
Sturdy aluminum shell with a strong closing clasp and a tear-resistant fabric accordion inside that holds up to 6 cards. RFID-blocking construction shields your contactless cards from skimming. Slim enough for a front pocket or a small bag.
4.5" wide x 3" tall x 0.75" thick
Also available as: Zipper Wallet, Eyeglass Case, Tape Measure

I love Laurel Burch's designs because they are unique and they display Burch's various artistic designs. They are all very bright in color. I happen to run across a
Laurel Burch Balinese Woman Armored Wallet: RFID Protection Card Holder. It will protect your credit cards from ultraviolet rays. I saw this in MonarquebyFigDesign shop. The design is " Balinese Woman." This is a lady from Bali, and she is surrounded by brightly colored flowers. It will make a nice gift around Christmas time. The item I received is identical to the one I saw on Etsy at this seller's shop. It arrived in no time at all, and it was packed safely. This purchase and experience were good for me, and I am pleased with every detail. I would purchase from this seller again. Diane Davis
