Shipping Policy

Orders received by 1:00 PM MT Monday through Friday are shipped within 72 hours from our Ocala, Florida warehouse. Orders received over the weekend will ship the following week.

OVERSEAS AND OUT OF THE COUNTRY

Due to lengthy delivery times, inability to track packages, and inconsistent duty and tax laws, we can no longer ship overseas. If you would like to send one of our items overseas, please ship to yourself and then arrange for shipping out of the country.

CLARIFICATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

What's a "day?" Monarque is closed on weekends and legal holidays. The Postal Service is closed on their published schedules. So, when they or we are closed, that's not a "day." 24-hour turnaround sometimes means 4 days.
