Shipping Policy

USA, ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, GUAM AND VIRGIN ISLANDS

Orders received by 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are shipped within 24 hours from our Texas warehouse. Orders received over the weekend will ship the following Monday, unless it's a holiday. 

OVERSEAS AND OUT OF THE COUNTRY

Due to lengthy delivery times, inability to track packages, and inconsistent duty and tax laws, we can no longer ship overseas. If you would like to send one of our items overseas, please ship to yourself and then arrange for shipping out of the country.

CLARIFICATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

What's a "day?" Fig Design Group is closed on weekends and legal holidays. The Postal Service is closed on their published schedules. So, when we or they are closed, that's not a "day."  24 hour turn-around sometimes means 4 days.
